Terran - 3 RAX

The Terran 3 RAX is called a 3 RAX because you throw down three barracks. The Terran 3 RAX is very strong against all match ups, even if scouted this build can still be deadly.

However the 3 RAX I'm going to be touching on is the 3 RAX that is most effected against Zerg, so I would not recommend doing this build order against any other class - I will post other 3 RAX's that is effective against the rest of the match ups.

The build order goes like this:
1. At 10 supply get a supply depot at the chock.
2. At 11 supply get your first Barracks at the chock (make sure you place carefully because an addon needs to fit)
3. At 13 get refinery
4. At 15 supply get a orbital command, also build 1 or 2 marines.
5. At 16 supply build a supply depot to finish of the wall.
6.  Build a engineering bay
7. Build a reactor on the first RAX
8. Build a second RAX, then third RAX
9. Research +1 weapons.
10. Build your third supply depot
11. Build a Tech-Lab in the second RAX
12. Get a reactor on the third RAX
13. Mass marines and marauder then push.

Team Liquids recommendations to transition out of this build is :
"After the 3 rax push it is common to expand, upgrade Stimpacks, tech to Starports and start supporting your units with Medicas. However, if your opponent defends the push but loses a large number of units, you are slightly behind and your position will depend on how well you defend your expansion from the Mutalisks harass. If the zerg opts for Infestors with fungal growth, consider switching to Mech play, focusing on a mix of Thors, Hellions, and Siege Tanks. Alternatively you can continue to go Bio units after you reduce his Mutalisk count, utilizing Medivac drops and mobility, preventing your opponent from securing more expansions. In this case, opt for fast upgrades and a few Siege Tanks for support."

This Build is really effective against Zerg however this build can be hard counted by banelings, and lack of micro by the Terran.

I hope this build helps some Terrans own Zergs..

I will be posting more builds soon, stay up to date!!!! (:

Zerg - 6 pool

The Zergs 6 pool is called a 6 pool because you basically use the 6 drones that you start with and get a spawning pool then start producing zerglings.
This build is generally used in the lower bronze leagues because this involves scouting and being about to react to the build.
However this build can also be used in the higher leagues in 4 player maps, the reason why it is used in 4 player maps is because if it is the last or even second last spawn your opponent scouts the opponent will not have enough time to react.

The build goes like this:

1. Move 6 drone to the mineral patch
2. Wait until you get 200 minerals then build a spawning pool
3. Build a overlord
4. The second the spawning pool finishes queue the zerglings right to the opponents base.
5. Keep building zerglings
6. Build a queen if needed
7. Wait for the opponent to say "GG"

If this build fails it can be almost impossible to re-macro out of the build if you have not dealt enough damage.
If you can not break the opponents wall start building drones.

I hope this build helps some people (:

Protoss - 4 Gate

The Protoss 4 gate is a widely used build, the reason it's called a 4 gate is because you throw down 4 gateways. This is a simple build to do and is effective against all races, it is even possible to 4 gate your way to diamond.

The build basically goes like this:
1. A pylon on 9 (send the probe that builds the pylon to scout)
2. After the pylon is complete you need to build 2 more probes and chrono boost them out
3. While the 2 probes are building, halt anymore probe production until you have 150 minerals and then build a gateway.
4. The second you have 50 minerals build a probe and chrono boost it out, while the probe is chrono boosting out build another probe and halt production.
5. The second you get 75 minerals (you should be on 14 supply at this point) build a assimilator.
6. Build another probe.
7. While the probe is building you have to build a pylon
8. Then build another probe while the other probe is still building.
9. Move 3 probes on to the assimilator
10. Halt probe production on 16 and build a cybernetics core the second the gateway finishes (you should just have 150 minerals at this point)
11. Build another probe
12. The second you get 100 minerals build a zealot
13. Finish building probes until you have 20 of them, however don't build over 2 at a time.
14. The second the cybernetics core finishes the zealot should also finish, research warp gate technology and  build a stalker.
15. With all of the extra chrono boosts just chrono boost the cybernetics core and the stalker.
16. Keep chrono boosting the cybernetics until completion
17. Wait until you have 450 minerals then throw down the 3 gateways at once.
18. Move out of your base with your stalker and zealot and also bring a probe (to throw down your proxy pylon).
19. The second you get 125 minerals build a stalker (this stalker will also go to the middle of the map with the stalker zealot and probe)
20. Advance basically next to your opponents base and throw down another pylon
21. The other stalker should now reinforce your army of a stalker and a zealot, the warpgate technology should also finish at this time.
22. Warp in 4 stalkers. (The warp in should be at approximately 5:40)
23. Send the 6 stalkers and 1 zealot to the opponents base.
24. Heep reinforcing your army and even chrono boost the warpgates to get out units faster.
25. Build a pylon when needed so you don't supply block yourself
26. Keep applying pressure and hopefully your opponent "GG's"

This is the fastest 4 gate build and if it fails it can be almost impossible to come back from due to lack of tech and probes, however if you deal enough pressure or in lower  leagues it can be possible.
I hope this build helps fellow Protoss players advance on though leagues.

Starcraft blog

Hello everybody (:
I'm starting a new Starcraft blog were I will be posting builds, strategies and guides.
The reason for creating this blog is that I spend hours on the internet playing Starcraft everyday and I would like to share my enjoyment of the game through teaching people how to execute builds and hopefully one day become a grand masters player.
